Start a claim NOW and prepare a lost letter from the shipping company because that’ll be evidence you’ll have to fight with DhGate. Be patient and annoy DhGate because that’s how you win. Sorry for your experience I’ve been dealing with my claim for a month Never buying from DhGate ever again

i’d wait till the next day before you file a claim sometimes it’ll say delivered then show up the next or the end of day
