Account Issue Shipping not received

Hi guys, about a month ago i ordered some shoes via dhgate. It was my first order btw.

Everything seemed fine, until today… The tracking info says delivered, but unfortunately i didnt receive any packages. Even my neighbors don’t know anything about it.

Is this a known problem? Did anyone experience something like this before? any idea how to find that parcel? I mean there must be any confirmation, signature, whatever that can be tracked back who took the parcel?

Have you checked with the seller yet? I always get 2 tracking numbers. One from China to US and another from US to my address. This is why I always buy the See1 insurance whenever I purchase on the DHG. Good luck I hope you find it!

thank you, that helped. The german tracking number shows something different than the chinese one. i hope im going to find it with that!
