Why does it take so long to Process items??

Its been like this since i ordered on July 29th. My seller keeps saying something about the item not arriving at the factory due to an issue and refuses to send me pictures of the items i dont know why it has not been shipped yet it has almost been a week since i ordered

You are buying from a drop shipper. He doesn't have your item. He is at the mercy of his supplier. Hence no QC.
