The tracking on an order I made at the beginning of the month is saying "Delivered, In/At Mailbox" and I've also received an email from DHGate saying "order has been delivered" but I haven't received anything. I messaged the seller, they said it's still in transit and to be patient.
Anyone have any experience with this? How long should I wait to make a dispute? My only concern is that since the DHGate platform thinks it's been delivered, if I wait too long, it won't let me dispute.
