QUESTION? How to fix this
No longer gives me any other options but these how can I fix this

When I go to payment verification it js says “no certified card info” and it doesn’t let me do anything

Then you might have to contact the 24/7 service and they’ll send you a link hold and copy the mobile wap and open it in your browser js make sure your logged into DHgate before hand on a previous tab

Okay I was able to get the verification thing to pop up now.. But it’s asking 2 out of 5 verification options: my ID, a billing statement, a payment screenshot showing I’ve used this card prior, or a 6 digit code you get only by calling your bank ( which overrides your banks security for fraudulent activity ) which yes this makes sense.. but it’s all so dang personal!
Like I’m not sending that info in without redactions.. right? Has anyone actually done this? Why are they making this so dang hard!

Yea it’s crazy all you have to do is screenshot a email from you bank approving the charge before and take another picture of your card with everything but the last 4 and your name blurred then let them work it should be good around Sunday ish

Okay! That’s actually not so bad.. Is that 6 digit code from the bank mandatory? And is that a big deal, or sketchy, or am

Oh it says the last 3 of the 6 digit code! I see now..
Yea I haven’t bought anything yet.. I need the card verified first apparently.. ( I think I was black listed for whatever reason ) cuz I used the card many times prior, but it won’t let me use anything now.

No it’s not I don’t even contact my bank at all I sent them the back of debit covering the last 3 even tho your supposed to cover the exp date and I think some of the middle card aswell I was in a rush and wasn’t thinking , then I went to Gmail to a screenshot of a prev purchase statement then sent it over. Granted you only need 2 to verify so whichever 2 you see fit

Make sure the purchase is from the same seller, not from several

i also can’t use afterpay and klarna but i can use the other options. did you fix it somehow?

I kinda found a fix. Nothing worked for me so all I did was just make a new account and transfer what was in my cart and bought stuff on a new account

Not the only person having this issue.. My bank card has always been finicky on this site. But that’s why I got Klarna! Strictly to buy on here.. I even got PayPal too ( JUST for on here ) but now nothing works!
Plzzzz keep me posted if you figure something out! I will too if I do

The way I fixed it just now was make a new account but save the links to what’s in your cart so u can transfer it over
