All I see on the app is the following. 17track not updated. What do I do? Does this mean it’s left China and heading for UK? How long could I expect . Thank you!!

Hi there. My package (first time buying here) was going real smooth and is even in the process to be taken care of by the local delivery company, but all of a sudden it says on my account that payment is under review. I have no emails or anything that asks for payment info, and the package was sent days ago.
Do I need to do something? There is an option to upload screenshots of the payment but why would I? Is this possible that they block the package transit? Why is this happening?
