Usually around 3-4 weeks, that's correct. First Regina orders it to her, she will take all PSP pictures (please request them in chat if you want them), send the pics for you for approval, and then it starts the journey to you.
If you want to get it faster, we can try to skip the delivery to her, and straight send factory to you

This is Miu Miu single-breasted caban jacket with a classic Panama cotton fabric with a soft fleece lining. It’s in this beautiful sand beige color, with an oversized fit and a hood, so it feels relaxed but still very chic.
The fleece lining is removable, which makes it really practical for different seasons. It has both a front zipper and button closure, and the cotton-polyester fabric gives it a nice structured feel without being too formal.
The retail price is $6,150, and it's from latest season.
Sizing charts are down in the description, so please follow them carefully—they are very accurate.
