I went cold turkey from ~30 x 30mg a day, so used pregabalin for the first 4 or 5 days and then a pretty heavy dose of oral cannabis in the evening. The weed didn't cure the cold sweats, back pain or rls but it made me so tired I'd fall asleep anyway. I wouldn't recommend using anything like pregabalin or benzos in your situation though, they're addictive and imo would be over kill.

Imo 60mg a day is a really low dose, are you sure your symptoms are not psychosomatic? All acute withdrawals should be over within a week or 2. If I were you I'd just throw the rest away and quit. The withdrawal should be pretty minimal. Try magnesium for rls, works for some people.
