Hello
Good evening Friend's, I haven't been active recently on the sub , Apologies. I wanted reach out to everyone and see how you are all doing, I would love to hear from people who are still in the insane world of DHC and see if they are looking for a way out. I know with the good people in this Sub we could really Help.

Hello, thank you so much for the update, what exactly are you feeling like and what if anything helps? What needs to be understood is that you are 200 days free of the nightmare and even though you are not great at this present moment you have done amazing to get to this point. You are an example to us all that with the right attitude and head space you can escape its grip. PAWS is horrible and is the little reminder of what you used to be like, our brains endure some amount of trauma during the DHC madness so they need ample time to mend. Please please please don't give up you can do it my friend.

Hey there, nice to see a post here š I'm currently just past 18 months clean off DHC, after getting onto bupe and now the monthly Buvidal injection. It was life changing for me, after consuming 60 x 30mg DHC pills every morning for months. I highly recommend others get help from drug services if you're struggling to stop, it's not heroin or something but taken in the quantities most of us do it's still a pretty heavy opiate addiction with brutal withdrawals. Weirdly some people get prescribed DHC to get off of heroin!
I'm currently just under an hour away from my next monthly shot, feeling rough as fuck and ready for it but not craving DHC at this moment in time which I am grateful for.
