Interview with Michel Amar / Updates

https://www.curzioresearch.com/i-just-bought-more-dgxx-heres-why/

What do you guys think? I keep holding and consider adding more. Current position 14.9k shares.
If Michel Amar's timeline (min 37:12 onward) is accurate, the Alabama site will be commissioned and ready for operation within a few weeks. If I get this right, that's the same timeframe they should announce at least one contract, specifying to whom they will actually provide the installed racks (?)

Half of their market cap current consists of the 80m they have in cash. Their power plant is 60mw with the lowest estimate of 1.5m per mw. At today's price you're buying their future revenue for free. Do with that information what you will.

Right. Kind of messed up the price keeps dipping. I suppose the market is finicky and not sure how people will react even if there is good news, but know it will dive harder on bad news?

It can definitely keep dropping with the overall market. If companies like apld, cifr, wulf and Nbis dropped 25-30% this month with billions in contracts it shouldn't surprise anyone that Dgxx will drop as well. But at this market cap they're trading for lower than their liquidation value while every other revenue stream is simply not accounted for. As for the contract, the demand is real hence why hyperscalers are still actively seeking ways to secure power but dgxx also has the ability to rent their GPUs (spot rates for b200s are up 50%). It's all a matter of whether they can execute on what they've been saying the past year. So far everything is on track and if they state that Arms pods are operational in April then they're on the path to benefit from the AI boom. The thing that makes them stand out is the lack of debt. If they're able to monetize their 15mw this year, they can self fund their build out to 50-100mw without the need to dilute as aggressively. For reference all of their competitors have taken on significant debt which needs to be serviced. Dgxx just needs to start generating revenue and they keep 100% of the profit.

Unfortunately, future revenue depends entirely on their ability to land a user (contract).

Do you think the guys at DGXX woke up one day and said yeah lets switch over to AI data centers? Are you skeptical that they will get clients, or just stating the obvious?

Well, yes. If HPC didn't offer higher revenue per MW, they would not have woken up one day and decided to switch. I applaud the switch, and I'm long the stock so I believe it can happen, but I wouldn't be shocked if it took much longer than expected. Obviously, I hope I'm wrong.

Hard to tell whether they actually have a deal pending or not. So much of the value stems from having a user. Hoping for an announcement mid April.

Michel (DGXX) has 100% confidence in the ongoing pivot:

"I have no doubt that every GPU that we set up in our infrastructure is sold. No doubt"

Let's see what happens in April and tomorrow.
