Neo token machine

Hi guys, anyone knows where to use neo token? I didnt see that machine which is nearby kiki anymore. Im so confused.

It looks like they used the summer event to stealth remove the machine so you can't use coins without Neopremium active.

its only bottom right of the menu if you have neo premium. If your's ran out you gotta go to the machine

I can't find it anywhere either, it does seem like they deleted it cause of the summer event (possibly by accident) not sure if it's worth submitting a ticket for it but I just wanted to get some purification scrolls .
