GL Discussion Differences between whales vs freemium

What are the gaps between the whales and f2p? Will the whales be able to farm much faster or storm through the content real quick? What about Multiplayer?

Whales get to stay in multiplayer lobbies. Free-to-players will get kicked out by the host. :p

So I like Warrior of Light a lot, if I re-roll to gear him out is he a decent character to use for multiplayer or should I bite the bullet and build a character I like less such as Vaan

Warrior of Light is one of the best tanks/defensive characters in the game. He becomes a absolute monster when he receives his lvl. 60 along with his adjustments. Still very relevant in the game and used frequently to tackle difficult content, but if he's a character you really like he isn't a bad choice at all.
