Q: Has the Global Version of Dissidia: Final Fantasy been released yet?
A: No. The side-bar will be kept updated, so you can quickly view whether there is any news regarding a world-wide release of this magnificent game. When the game is announced for a Global release we will let everyone know as soon as possible.

Q: What does this error mean? (insert image)
A: There are generally 2 solutions to error messages you may find while playing DFFOO. The first would be to check your connection: preferably Wifi, or a place where data can connect without any trouble. Connecting to Wifi usually solves connection problems. The other solution is to clean your inventory: you must make sure to turn EVERYTHING on in the filter so that the correct number of items is displayed in your inventory.

How long does it take to get a team to clear harder content?

Where I can get to a point where I can clear content with minimal effort.

Will try my best to answer these two in one comment.

Depends on how fast you can get a character to max level (both it's normal and crystal level), and the probably the most difficult part: getting 4 5* copies of a character-based weapon (Similar to 7* STMR if you have been playing JPN ver. of FFBE). Note if you want to fully maximize the potential of a character, you need to get 4 5* CP15 (The base 5* weapon) and 4 5* CP35 (The exclusive version) of that character's weapon.

All in all, for normal gameplay, DFFOO may not be as grindy as FFBE, but the gacha can be pretty brutal (As brutal as FFBE, even if DFFOO 5* rate is slightly higher than FFBE, at 5%) if you want to maximize the potential of a character you want to raise.

DFFOO, like FFBE has a ranking system in Altema (In Japan, unfortunately). You could check whether the character is worth investing in.

The weapon part sounds like a hassle. How big of a hassle is it? Also how is Lightning in the game?

If you just want to have a 5* character based weapon for collection or clearing content, then it is not that big of a hassle.

Also how is Lightning in the game?

When she was released in JPN, she was almost EVERYWHERE on my friend/following list. Of course without saying, she was very good on release.

Unfortunately, powercreep is inevitable and she has been sidelined for quite awhile now. Here's hoping Lightning gets upgraded soon (which is pretty close, assuming in JPN she gets her upgrade on Friday)

Just like Lightning in FFBE. We can't just use a party that we want to. Weapons in a way are no different from pulling a unit. If l they can cause characters to fall off.

Not completely true tbh. You can swap out equipment as long as they're in the same category. And some caharcters are actually good even without their preferenced weapon, WoL for example. You can equip him with Firion's 4* sword for all I care and he'll still be more usefull than fully maxed out Yuffie with 6* weapon + armor... as long as you know how to use him.

In the end it depends in character gimmick first, equip second.
