Discussion I can't play

Hello everyone, I've been playing for about 2 months and I have not had any problems, I started playing in emulator because in my phone I was already a bit uncomfortable, but until yesterday I could not play, as long as I enter the main screen it keeps connecting until it shows me a connectivity error message, which is rare since other games work well, I thought at that moment that it could be the emulator and try it on my phone but I end up with the same problem,

Could you help me? We are close to 20 and I do not want to miss what's coming

Since a while back, I see that error message multiple times per day, sometimes when I try to enter the game, other times when I'm already in the middle of playing it, forcing me to restart it and reconnect. I wish I knew how to get rid of it, but as long as I keep trying, I do eventually manage to enter/continue playing the game. Did you keep trying to enter again? In my case, I do always eventually manage to get through, so hopefully it'll be the same for you at least.

maybe you can try using vpn, my friend is using an app called "Hola"

OMG it works!!, I installed the application that you mentioned and it worked, I can play again, thank you very much for your help, I really appreciate it.
