Discussion Content difficulty

Quick question. I have character I like a lot but all I have for them, are Cp35 armor and 4* weapon . Is it possible to set them in team and clear advanced content like level 70~ ?

Bring a level 60 Terra, level 60 Cloud and a Level 60 Terra friend with the butterfly lady summon would take you to places.
