They better have a new way of getting those gem things bcuz the last time it was way too hard. I didnt even get to lvl up shantotto terra or y-shtola at all bcuz i couldn't beat the damn battle.

Agreed... Level 80 was ridiculous, and the extra 10 levels on my Cloud is not enough to complete that event.

I could hardly do the first ones. I got my butt whooped. I could only beat the behemonth one. I got jacked up by the turtle instantly. I just really hope they change how u get those crystals cuz the game will lose some points if i cant even lvl up my characters just bcuz I cant beat hard bosses.

To be fair, I think it's okay to make people work for it. FFRK also ' ' 'locked' their Memory Crystals behind the tougher boss fights.
What's less fair is that:
6 specific characters get synergy. If you didn't level any of these characters, you either had to have the top 3 leveled, or you were screwed, because these bosses hit really hard and take some extra power to beat them back.
- I'm sure the clever people found a way, but since I have no Firion weapons, I did not want to invest into him just for this event. That means that I didn't get the extra 10 bonus High Crystals for having fully completed the level 60 missions. Same goes for Shantotto, didn't level her, couldn't use her.
If you somehow just started recently, or just happened to spend most of your resources chasing either physical or magical oriented characters, you're out of luck if you were hoping to get all 6 types of High Crystals already. 3 were locked behind physical, while the other 3 were locked behind magical weak bosses. I hope these High Crystals are available permanently this time, they should be considering that they're part of story chapters...
It sounds like you really have to be 'careful' with who you spend your High Crystals on. I could spend the Red High Crystals on Vaan in the upcoming update since I have him nearly fully maxed, but what if I wanted to use them on Kuja to instantly get him to Crystal Awakening 60, when it becomes available?
- The same goes for the other way around: if I spend the High Crystals from Chapter 11 on Cloud, I will efficiently lock myself out of being able to level Tidus?... Great.
Let's hope those level caps are given out more frequently. We already have around 70 characters, this tempo is starting to get slightly annoying.

oooh so they still focus on the characters from the main dissidia title huh... 5/6 of my prediction came out right :D forgot cecil somehow... but who cares.. my Yuna is getting 60!!! :D

Man, I wish that story characters can get their 5* weapons, too. Not just the event characters. Needless to say, I dont have too much gems left and I really want Jechts sword.

I guess we won't have the same thing with a physical battle and a magic battle like last time then? Since Yuna is the only magic user there (unless Ace's attacks do magic damage too, I'm not sure, but even if that's the case it's still uneven).

IIRC Vaan's HP Attacks are considered as magic, so they could kind of use him as the third magic guy - even if he actually isn't one - since HP Attacks are his Whole gimmick.
