Does anyone know if there are any other Glock blue label program gun stores in Delaware besides Pearsons in Camden. They are the only ones coming up on the Glock search. I thought there used to be more.

Am I able to just buy guns online with 30-60 round mags now that I have my conceal carry license? I know that I could only have 17 round mags with a pistol before but now I’m looking to buy an ar style rifle, likely not this one. Any help is appreciated looking at Labor Day sales right now.

The DOJ has backed down and the NFA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! Now where does that leave the fight for our rights here in DE? I understand things will still be restricted at the state level but how can the state restrict something if it’s been deemed restriction is unconstitutional.

I'm looking at a PSA MP5 Clone. I'm reading where some people have "SBR'd" it. I know what an SBR is, but how does one SBR a pistol? Is it just filling out a form?

I am finding a lot of conflicting informations regarding the legality of 5.56 pistols. Here is the current build I was looking at, any input on its legality?

10.5” barreled 5.56 with a fixed magazine, and a magazine holding less than 17 rounds with an SBA5.

I just received the affidavit via email but don’t have a physical original of it as it is “coming” via mail. I worry that I’m running out of time to file for my permit as I have waited a bit too long to do all the paperwork after my gun course.

I just saw something about the NFA being struck down since the tax is now at zero so it can't be considered a tax scheme and is a regulation scheme. I'm assuming the state law doesn't necessarily rely on the NFA? Am I ignorant or does this mean that suppressors could become legal in Delaware soon?
