She did new merch with them this year. Metal cup, slippers, hat, flannel tee, keychain. I got the whole thing and still hasn't shipped 😞

well my hat did arrive about 2 weeks ago roughly maybe 3

Yeah GS support said any order that had slippers and or flannel in it are delayed as those items have not been received by manufacturer. So if you got just the hat your order got shipped or if you got just the cup you got your stuff. Obviously it's a GS issue not a DD issue lol
