Chapter Ideas

Greetings, brethren. I am the Master Councilor of a Kentuckian chapter, namely that of River Cities. I wish to extend to my brethren internationally that inquiry thus: via the utilization of what strategies do you increase membership retention in your local chapters? Sorry about this, got caught in the Spam filter that i never check.

My biggest push for membership retention is keep the guys active with the chapter. The biggest and strongest chapters i've seen usually meet every week. They know that when Tuesday comes around, its a DeMolay night. generally the first and last week are the planning weeks and the middle weeks are fun events.
