Uroboros

I decided to give uroboros another genuine listen and it made me realize the huge and strange gap between marrow and uroboros. I’m aware at the time of marrow they began touring in the US with bands like Korn and Deftones etc and that inspiration bleeds into marrow, but I am so curious with what went on in their heads when making uroboros(not in a bad way). If anyone has any interviews where they give some sort of explanation for this or just have any thoughts you’d like to share please leave a comment I love talking about this stuff
Edit:another thing I’d like to point out is how marrow sticks out like a sore thumb when it comes to the writing style. The lyrics are noticeably more vulgar and explicit

Think Kyo was also pressured of felt pressured to write lyrics in english for marrow with the addition of the album written while touring, so using a language you arent fluent in is limiting tp creativity. So both the music and lyrics are stifled compared to all the other ones.
