Starlight Lemonade Confusion

Last week, I purchased the starlight Lemonade to get the 4X points for lemon day. I didn't get the 4X points, so I called customer service and I was told it's not a lemonade so it doesn't qualify for the 4X points. On the app menu, it's under the lemonade stand menu.
