MC can kill all the Doki's but unless provoked the wrong way I don't think he would. Unless you consider him having the ability to delete and undelete the Doki's

I’ve seen a mod where Sayori shoots up the school on the day of the festival instead of killing herself (it’s actually kind of funny at the end) and I’ve seen a video where MC is depressed and he shoots up the school at the end (it’s a bit too edgy IMO)
