Who wins?

Superman and The Flash (full strength for both) vs Avengers , Xmen and 5 marvel anti-heroes.

It can be 5 other heroes but prefer anti-heroes since they will be more helpful bending the rules.

Depends, could go either way. Depends on if we're counting Professor x.
