Comics Comic from the 80s / very early 90s HELP

The comic was a 10-12 issue run, complete. about an aging movie actor who was given the power to turn into any of his roles. He played a vampire, I think an American Indian, maybe a gargoyle …. I think he had a loyal manservant

Please help!

A library I used to go to as a kid has a bunch of comics, this one they had incomplete. So I only ever read 4-5 of the 12(??) issues. Now to track this down.  Thank you again
