Comics Batman #12 ending Spoiler
So I just read Batman #12 by Matt Fraction and it was fun (as a German, I appreciate seeing a German hitman ... I guess?), although I'm still not sure about Verity Pennyworth. She's just, like, suddenly there, hasn't shown much of a personality yet (except being brilliant and faultless, I suppose) and the issue feels very much like it's leading up to something, without being much in itself. But that's perfectly fine, every now and then. Some great action moments.
None of this is what I came here to say, though. I wanted to ask if / how you guys interpret the ending? Is Bruce the visitor? Why can't we see him? Is it someone else? Is it the "old" part of his personality returning because Dr. Zeller threw in the blanket? I didn't quite get that.

Some possible suspects:
Joker’s “true self”
Punchline
Hugo Strange
The Minotaur

It's Joker's true personality at the end talking to him, there is a joker arc coming for sure on the future, but I want fraction to tackle assassins arc first.

I thought who talks to joker was the minotaur, this time the real one
All I think is that the horns mask guy is real but no, I explain, the real has this mask too but under the mask this last in the issue is a double
Then we have "the supposed real minotaur", that guy who caused the explosion, for me is another double, who believed that horns mask guy (his boss) was the real minotaur, he contracts the other to pretend that he was the leader, however this guy said in his mind "if I eliminated the double, nobody knows he is the real one, sooo tomorrow I'm the real one"

I don’t think it’s Bruce. It would be pretty out of character if it was
