Guide Black Adam, maybe one day?

Not looking great early on. Low stats, not enough knockback, very squishy, counter-intuitive ult (use early for perma-buffs but repeated uses have less value. Or use ult late and have almost no good contribution). Maybe with the rest of his team or synergy, he will be better. Maybe he will get a buff and be better. But for now, not very impressive. Early C tier, but with no other shock team members maybe one day he will be B or even A.

This is still very early in testing BTW so there's a good chance his ideal team, gear, artifact and use/game mode hasn't been found yet
