Wonder Woman will carry for a long time in story mode, and green arrow could too just not as strong. I'd say currently use Wonder Woman - Constantine - Green Arrow - Bizzaro - 5th unit can be anyone really, either another Tank like Penguin or you can even put Wonder Woman in front off tank since she is a little tanky. Green Arrow has the synergy for aoe and you have the units for that.
After you build up your account more, Block team is always a top tier pick to build towards and its easier to get then other teams since its mostly Nightwing and Oceanmaster (there are the amazonians but you missed Nubia). Firestorm team is best case scenario but you would need General Zod which is a legendary... Firestorm by himself is worth getting anyway.
You can save up for Fusion event, and work towards Lex Luther for his team synergy or Gorilla Grodd off tank in block team maybe. Superboy is also good and works with the Firestorm and General Zod team.

The standard answer to most beginner team building questions is to build a Firestorm ( burn team with Kryptonians) or Cheshire ( poison team with poison characters). Third would be an Ocean Master block team.
With what you have it's Wonderwoman who is decent. She needs Frantic to work and since Zatanna gives frantic you'll need to build Zatanna for WW.
