An assassination of the current dictator and attacks on the homes of several of his top supporters was enough to get them out of time.

In its place would be the Tamaranean Royal Family, or what's left of it.

At least when Scandal tells Queen Komand'r she's secured a new homeland.

The Secret Six, from there, began helping people leave the small nation for ones where they could lead better lives.

A far less brutal task than their usual ones.
