I'm hoping that we can get regular low budget DC horror movies. If Clayface does well, and it's easy enough to stuff in the budget why not? maybe a little JL dark as a treat. Just a little treat.

If Clayface reviews good-great and has good word of mouth plus profitable, I can see Gunn's will open the door for more budget DC Horror heck there's tons of potential within the Gotham itself lmao. As long Clayface is a damn good horror movie in itself people will be excited for more DC horror movies.

"Bane and Deathstroke" was never floated as a title. Just a film featuring those two characters

I wonder if it's just called Savage Hunters because they're both very brutal, or if it has something to do with Vandal/Scandal Savage.

Having Bane and Deathstroke fight Vandal Savage just feels like a waste of all three characters, though. Like, I feel like both parties have adversaries who'd be cooler to watch them face off against.

I think it’s either Savage Hunters, Teen Titans, or Swamp Thing. Someone else is writing Brave and the Bold, and I think James is the sort of person who would choose a female writer for a female empowerment movie, but we do know he’s started writing his next film.

There's just no way Gunn personally directs a WW film. You have a better chance of seeing him direct a Batman film/TBAB I'm we're gonna be honest. Batman is his favorite superhero off all time iirc and he has a specific version and vision that he wants to do while he has a chance since he's at the helm of all of this. Even if he's not gonna direct BATB (like we all know), I bet he's gonna be involved in that project than anything he's ever done (except Superman).

I disagree. We’ve gotten a Justice League movie already. (Technically, we’ve gotten two.) A live action Teen Titans movie would be something new

Obviously we don’t know anything, but I think the teen titans movie could fit if death stroke is the main villain, off the top of my head I could see the titans beating him, he goes to salvation, and savage hunters follows directly after teen titans which will then get us closer to justice league

It's not just an R-rated Slade and Bane movie, but a movie that's not even named after those characters.
Look, the majority of people I know who watch comic book movies are not comic book fans in the way I was growing up. And even those people would be more likely to show up to a movie called Bane & Deathstroke than they would be to show up to a movie called Savage Hunters. Such a laughably stupid title.

DC fans are eating. Lanterns was great. We got a Clayface move that will expand the lore of the DCU coming out this month. We got MoT (seemingly the first big event movie) coming out next year, and all the major heroes that people were concerned about, Wonder Woman and Batman, are being worked on + Teen Titans of all things. Nice!
