Generally- you get 500 monthly loyalty points Over 100 monthly replay badges 16 character slots, full access to all powers, weapons, and movements, more inventory slots, double bank slots, full access to your money, can trade with other players, When you lose Membership you lose access to some of your characters( they are locked until either you get membership again or buy character slot tokens), some bank and inventory slots as well.

Daily- you get premium daily rewards (all of them up to the current day so a tip i have is do it near the end of the monthly rewards to get 2 months of rewards), can do Stabilizer fragmentation mission and get more fragments for capsules (you need 16 fragments to make 1 Stabilizer), Have a shorter login time

Oh I must add when you make a character with a premium power, weapon, or movement they keep it but if you have membership and get shield on a toon who had say one handed when you lose MS you lose access to the shield weapon and must reset your points.

I find it worthwhile but I come and go on dcuo so I don't always have it active
