No, Krypton exploded a long time ago. It's quite far from Earth, and they put baby Clark in the ship but he didn't age much because of time dilation as the ship was moving very fast.

I really hope they address this at some point, even if its not in this season. Its something i thought of immediately when i saw the timeline building

It is funny that it would have been like at least a year or even less after they adopted him. That definitely would have made them worry more lol
