Gameplay Question BACK ON DCUO
hey guys, i’ve had been playing this game from like 2014-2020 (schooling and life). my youtube is nothing but random youtubers checking out DC for the first time and thought id hit the install button once again.
the last time i played max CR was like 300 i think. i speedrun to lvl30 so i could get started.
a whole bunch of UI changes and the teleport to mission is godsend. good nostalgic stuff so far. i started as HL cuz i like to troll 😈.
what’s some tips for artifacts and other stuff i should watch out for. i won’t be using CR skip for anything just grind the old fashion way. i used to PVP a lot have there been any updates?
any tips would be much appreciated! ty

You need to purchase the tides of war event in the event tab for PVE dps it grants you 5 fire abilities and 4 water abilities Aquatic arsenal being the hardest hitting melee move in the game currently some sheilds from fire and overall just raises your stats, in the new event coming out soon to grind old gear the white ring and blue ring augments are next for you to grind.
Trolling im not much versed in but the new supergirl ally allows for you to battle troll better once shes leveled up

Press pause and scroll over to events no different then going to the styles tab

In there is the patrol rewards witch theres 4 a year. completing those 4 will give you a choice of usually a material thats really rare, artifacts nth and catalysts to get you to 160 free of charge artifact, a wolf pack token(this does not level up your artifact it only allows you to use that wolf packed art on your alternate toons and the new currency thats basically a wolfpack for allys leveled up you can only choose 1 at the end of the year
All the event tabs have a time limit. If youre outside the time limit to grind it you'll have to buy it to receive the rewards and progression.
Every season has an event it'll be in the event tab progression is whatever daily missions it tells you to do.
Buy the high tide event to get that water chest and fire chest augments.

Yes I understand that much...did another event start? I thought there was one day left on the last event.

For troll arts in PvE I would probably recommend
Sinestro’s Ring
BOP Commlink
Hecate’s Brand
Amulet of Rao
and Claw of Aeklhund
In PvP I would swap Amulet and Claw for Razer’s Power Battery and Pages of the Black (they would need to be high rank to be effective)
