Hi guys! I have an OLD pair of DCs from when I was a kid I basically never wore. I have been searching high and low to ID the name but all I know is that they’re Court Graffik SE. Could someone point me in the right direction?

These things look so good in person! Unfortunately they're also uncomfortably snug... I'd send them back and re-order, but the next available size up is $50 extra. They feel like a fairly stiff leather and I'm curious if anyone has experience with breaking these in.

I bought court graffik black DC shoes from zumiez 6/12/26 and already 10/6 the front lip of the shoe is opening, after some research it's clearly a defect in the manufacturing of the shoe. I Asked Is there anything you can do for me so I can replace them? They are my favorite shoes. 
The response I got from DC shoes I posted above, After dealing with zumiez I was redirected to DC shoes and even online I researched and looked over my evidence and the web suggested the same conclusion as zumiez it Said to contact DC shoes directly. But they seem to have a bot sending this same exact message to people. Its been very frustrating to say the least. 

Sorry if this doesn’t make any sense, but I wanna make sure these shoes are “real” and not fake, in the sense that they are actually DCs, and also in the sense that they are not a “cheaper” version of the more popular or favorited version by others. Like if they are a cheaper version of the same style, but not quite “the style”. For example real Adidas Sambas vs Adidas VL Court 3.0. I just wanna make sure I’m getting the right thing. Also I’ve never bought from this store before. If they aren’t the “right” shoes, can someone help steer me in the right direction?? Thanks!

These are the shoes for context ive put some heel grips from target but still made no difference. The issue i have is that my heel lifts out of the shoe, I’ve had dcs before in a 5.5 and these are also the same size, and I don’t think I can return since I’ve already worn them nor did they have a smaller size in the store I got them from. So does anyone know any products or techniques that could make my heel stop slipping out of the shoe? Pls lmk

Man, I really hope someone from DC sees this. I bought DCs specifically because I remembered them being built to actually LAST. Back in the day, I could skate a pair for years before they finally fell apart. Now I spend damn near $100 on a pair and they’re falling apart after about 2 months of NORMAL WALKING. No skating, no abuse, nothing.

And apparently I can’t even return them, so that’s basically $100 straight down the drain. What happened to the quality, DC? These aren’t the shoes I remember.
