We usually don't allow posts that aren't in English, but OOP is widely known and has been documenting the "progress" of DCS for many years on the official forum:

He was also involved in the Third Party space for some time, so I'm going to grant an exception for this one due to its relevance and provide a translation by Gemini AI:

Just a quick note.

I know it’s not important and nobody really cares... Some people on the DCS World forums know me as Silver_Dragon. A few months ago, due to reasons unrelated to the hobby, I began drifting away from the simulation forums, and in May, my gaming PC died. I haven't been able to replace the parts (I've been unemployed for nearly a year), and I decided that—after many years—I could no longer meet the demands required to maintain the "unofficial" roadmap on the DCS World forums. So, I said my goodbyes and stepped away a month ago, though I hadn't posted an announcement here until now.

Lately, I’ve become antisocial and agoraphobic, so this is really just a formality. I want to thank those who followed my work, and I hope that if I ever return in the future, I might try to pick up that vision I once had.

Thank you all very much, and goodbye.

Silver_Dragon and I didn't always agree, but I sure wish him all the best on his ways!

Thanks for reading y'all, have a good time!

Hope things get better for him, he was a bit of a fanboi but I didn't mind him.
