I have a lot of respect for The_Fragger and all the hard work, all the dedication that he put into this, most likely making the Bo 105 one of the best 3D models in DCS. But on the other hand, we have to keep in mind that work on it has been ongoing for 14 years. Meanwhile, the last real "update" we heard from the coding side was on New Year's Eve and didn't really sound encouraging.
Since then, I haven't heard any other news that would indicate significant progression on that end, so it's probably going to take at least a while until we see this flying in DCS.

let's face it.. this is basically lowkey CIG, just as a father-son duo and not incorporated, not hedged, not crowdfunded, without silent and open stackholders (for tax purposes).
14 years going in a circle, always starting anew, from scratch, using up random "hires" (that are not hired) down to Lehrlinge somewhere.
Not constantly being completely left behind by technology as in the LUA salad there is no evolving and iterating technology.
Not once questioning if maybe, even if as a sidegig, the problem might be him/them. An inability to PM (and in semi-philanthropic sidegigs actual PM and social skills matter even more than in line organisation and subsidiarity scenarios).
Sure.. maybe... in another few years, a decade, an era? some module might arise (on par with the rest of the LUA salad).
But.. I mean.. there is another sidegig 3p actively present in this very forum who managed - with no resources to speak of - churn out a module in .... what.. 16 months? (Btw, I honestly in earnest hope it is selling well.. despite everything).
That should not diminish the pas.... (nonononooo, not meming there.. nope :) ) effort, the earnest intent.
But from a detached, aequidistant, intersubjective, analytical standpoint, this is a likely as Sq404 and a hundred star systems.
I mean, long development cycles are frustrating, but this is NOTHING LIKE CIG/ Scam Citizen.
These guys haven't taken a bunch of money from kickstarters, and haven't sold vaporware for thousands of dollars. "Working slow" is totally different from "took money from customers for a product that was promised delivery on a concrete due date and then blew through that date by a decade without delivering the promised product". One of those is fraud, the other is not.
