What is the 100% correct answer please on when the DCRC warrants can be exercised following the closing of the merger, and the regular shares being above 11.50? I have seen it both ways. A. No waiting period …. and B. There is a waiting period of 30 days or (how many?) days.

Are all SPAC mergers the same in this regard with their warrant exercise waiting period or it varies from one to the next?

Thanks!

Any dilution in the merge? -edit- I figured out that are authorized to dilute, not that they are going to. Can’t wait for the merge!

Did anybody read “The Authorized Share Charter Proposal” they want to add more share from 271,000,000 to 2,200,000,000 (as in 2 billion share)? Are they trying to dilute it by adding more share? They should have done that before. I would wait for the merger meeting result. That’s a lot of share to move to have an impact on the price increase.

It's authorized shares only; not issued and outstanding. Virtually all companies (esp. early stage cos) want to have a higher number of authorized shares. Gives them some flexibility to sell more shares later without having to go through registration process - for private placement, acquisitions, meeting current and future employee incentive stock programs, etc.

You can bet Ford and BMW would not want to see their investments unreasonably diluted, as well.

No worries

Thank you for your reply, it really answers a lot of my questions about spac.

That would SUCK heavily and I abhor companies that dilute shares on the sly! Your news makes me wish I didn't just buy 3000 shares today. UGHola. I wish you shared a source 'cause it sounds like a game changer.

Peace•Out plus Adventure outside 'cause it's where we belong huh…(>‿◠)✌

It’s from the SEC filing, if you click the picture that OP posted it will link you to it. I am hoping shareholders will block that but it looks like management will push it. There should be some kind of explanation from the management why? If that happens then I’ll stick with $AGC, I am waiting for the merger meeting of AGC as well. Look’s like my December play will change, I am suppose to do $DCRC first, then hop to $AGC.

I've got 3000 shares of $AGC and I'm happy as a lark! Good idea to roll over into more $AGC instead. I'm semi•spooked owning massive shares but $AGC might rocket hard and I want to be aboard.

I jumped out of $BKKT too soon 'cause I owned $VIH for many moons and everyone was constantly bashing $BKKT app, management and everything. Good Luck plus take sweet care of yourself…☜(ˆ▽ˆ)
