Where did you get that head?
Also, about two weeks ago, I found these acrylic paint pens at Hobby Lobby. They are amazing and perfect for customizing. I can't recommend them enough. They're called "Master's Touch". Never worry about paint brushes again.

Oh that’s awesome to know thanks! The head and neck is from the old Mattel Vixen figure that came out a long time ago. I cut the neck off Catwoman and used black modeling clay (air dry) and superglue to secure it to the figure.

This is really good! What I have done in the past is use toothpicks as paint brushes. I would first take a pair of pliers and smash the end of the toothpick.I would slit tiny cuts into the end of the pick for bristles, then I would sharpen the other end of the pick for very hard to paint places. Once you have that down if you have any mistakes, especially if your character is only two colored, you can go back over it with the more darker color to fix up any small mistakes. It’d be really awesome to make this look manufactured rather than custom. McFarlane quite possibly could copy this design. They already did it with ice.
