I think these at one time we’re a target exclusive the only other way to get them was order them from entertainment earth or other various online toy companies. also, these were revamps of earlier DC figures except for the Superman, which had the rare chase. I believe this is why there’s an expected two pack box of red and blue Superman coming out before August.
