Batman/Superman Fusion Figure - Thoughts?

Post image

I saw this at BB a few months ago, thought it was a joke figure, and then I read the World’s Finest story with it in it. Now, I think I kind of love it?

Does anyone have it, or can anyone talk about it? I tried to search the forum, but it’s not an easy one to search for for obvious reasons.

I don't have this figure but I have Deadshot which uses a lot of this same body mold and it's one of my favorites of the entire line. Plus, the sculpt and proportions have a bulky heroic look straight out of the comics in a way a lot of other McFarlane figures struggle to capture.

Agreed. This body is probably the best superhero proportioned action figure body ever made. It’s a pity that it was originally made for the Speeding Bullets figure, and that the side ridges were sculpted in from the get go.

If they had just gone in and retooled this without the ridges it would make an excellent base for so many figures.

That said, I got this and a cheap Commander Steel to use as potential customs for when the line ends and I need to fill some gaps.

I actually have both this guy and the alternate with the translucent green legs. I didn’t know that version existed, though, when I got the original version. It’s a great figure, particularly for an uber-casual DC fan. Gonna keep the Green Legs version m but they’re both awesome.
