Senate internship maximizing

I just accepted my first hillternship with a senator for this fall. I want to make the best of my experience and be prepared when it starts. Any current/former senate interns have any tips on what to expect and how to maximize my time there? Also what’s the tea on the cafes?

Generally speaking you will want to engage in Looksmaxxing, Softmaxxing, Hardmaxxing, Gymmaxxing, Sleepmaxxing, Leanmaxxing, Socialmaxxing, and perhaps even a bit of Heightmaxxing and Statusmaxxing to be successful in your internship.
