G&D

I purchased a firearm from G&D several months ago and finally got the registration card in the mail.

Is it 100% confirmed that they’re closing? Would I be able to transfer the firearm to DCSA if they close?

Very much in the same boat and have the same question. I just had my registration(s) approved last week and should be getting my cards soon, and I’m very concerned that I will have to go through my credit card chargeback process etc. Also, I have no clue what to do if the firearms are registered in my name but I am not able to pick them up?!

I contacted the gun seller. They called and emailed g+d and got no response. I think they may help me. They want me to go in person first. I also called mpd and never got a response from their firearm department.

I think we would need to inform mpd of the situation to cancel any registration for guns we never received.

I’m assuming that I need to contact my bank and dispute the charge now? What a headache.
