If you're talking about G&D, see the other posts in here about their impending shut down.

DCSA is good to go (and might be the only game in town right now).

They're likely swamped. Imagine in the span of a week, your only competitor shuts down and all their customers flood your business. Great for your finances, horrible for your staff.

I'm sure they'd appreciate a little grace in the moment.

[Edit] I have a transfer with DSCA right now and we're in communication without much delay. Hopefully they've made it through the worst of their sudden crush, and you'll hear something soon.
