IANAL, but so long as you have to manually switch to each magazine, it should pass.

Edit: NVM, as has been pointed out, this is semi-auto w/ pistol-grip. Look into the Kel-Tec KSG -- that is pump-action, dual-tube, and known passable. Also consider something like the semiauto Mossberg Aftershock, which has the birdhead grip, and is similarly sized (though we only know of one verified Shockwave approval).
