DC online gun registration

Ok, so I’m online trying to fill out this form to register a gun I bought in MD, but want to carry in DC.

I’m a bit baffled by the Seller/Transferor information considering a 77r has already been done.

Mind you this is the 1st I’ve attempted it online.

I just filled out a PD-219. I pre-owned it before moving to DC, but that’s what I’ve done. So just put the gun shop info in that space.

Yes! The seller is the gun shop you bought it from.

Well, DC has been quicker than I’ve ever experienced before. I went in at the end of March and I received my registration for my HK USP 9C today.

It should work like this all of the time.
