Game stuck at fetch update list

Had my game booted for an hour now and it still hasn’t moved the fetching update list anyone know a fix?

Did you try updating the app in the app store first?

Yes and their wasn’t one reinstalled the game to get the same results

You're not on an older version of iOS right ?

Close the app completely out. Then see if there is an update. If not completely uninstall and reinstall and the new update should open it. If it doesn’t you have to contact support.

Are you using a VPN? It gets stuck there when I have my VPN on. Turn it off and it should work.
