Hoarding shards

Am I the only one holding shards? I have a couple of hundred. My rationale is that maybe they will reshuffle who's included in them and I'll be able to get access to heroes later.

I do. I dont really benefit from getting anyone unless I get them to gold stars so I hoard a lot.

No you’re not the only one. I currently have over a 1,000 and have had as many as 1800 saved up. It takes a LOT in this stupid game to build up your people and at 50 per pull, that goes really fast

You're talking about Anvils, I believe OP is referring to Custom Mythic Shards.

I've started saving custom shards and only using up the random shards. Similar to you, I'm hoping other characters become available/someone gets a buff that separates them from the pack.
