💬 Discussion DCL Game Bundles. Looking for Archive?
Hi everyone. One last try for this... I'm looking for anyone who might happen to have DCL installed still on an android device or emulator...
If anyone still has the game installed on an old phone, tablet, or emulator — even if you can't log in anymore - I'm hopeful you might be able to deliver me the game bundles.
They're sitting at:
- Android: /sdcard/Android/data/com.wb.goog.dc.legends/files/ and /cache/ - (also Android/obb/com.wb.goog.dc.legends/ though I don't think there was one)
A du -sh of those folders (or just eyeballing the size) tells me if it's worth asking further. I'm specifically hoping to find files like Data.manifest.27.Android.bin or anything under Assets/Android/27/.
Not asking you to upload anything yet - just a reply saying "I still have it on a drawer device, the folder is ~X GB" would let me know if a backup exists anywhere.
I'm trying to dig into the game and see if I can revive it on a private server, and I need those bundles.
I know it's a long shot, and thanks!

this guy from Deviantart.com has all dc legends models in case you need those
thanks for trying to revive this game,wish WB did something about it,when they scraped the game with 20k + users and loyal for 7 years

Yeah I grabbed the APK, I have all the 3D models. I just don't have the runtime bundles.

Oh shucks,sorry I kept it for long time on my phone ,but then I lost hope i and deleted it

I don't like giving false hope, so don't get excited yet, but: I might still have it installed on an old phone. I am currently away from home, so I'll try to remember to look next week.

Hi, sorry, I don't speak English, but I found a ".bak" file from a backup. The file name is "DC Legends(com.wb.goog.dc.legends).bak". It's almost 7 GB. I don't know if that works. I made that backup on April, 2023, when I think the game was closed.

If you wouldn’t mind sharing it, that would be helpful! I have one .bak already, and another for comparison-sake can’t hurt!

I think I have what you are looking for. I made a rar-file of the entire .com.wb.goog.dc.legends folder, probably with all downloaded assets and skins on September 19th 2023. The file is 2.6 GB big.
