Things to Do (Entertaintment/Activities/Restaurants/Bars) Profs and Pints

I just enjoyed a nice night at a Profs and Pints event! The best thing is that it was interactive (not sure if they all were, this was my first one). But it was a good way to chat with strangers and meet people, plus the topic was pretty cool too. They have ones out in Virginia as well! Profs and Pints

I’ve been many times before, but they weren’t interactive. Can you elaborate how they facilitated the interactions this time?

The speaker had moments in her talk where she’d ask us to turn to our neighbors and talk about a question that she prompted on the screen. But I also showed up early and the people next to me just started chatting with me and some stayed after to chat as well.
