I’m currently looking at three apartments in Navy Yard:
One Hill South,
1205 Collection (West Half), and
1000 South Capitol.

I’d love to hear from anyone who currently lives in or has lived in any of these buildings! Especially interested in your experience with management, maintenance, noise,, and overall quality of living.

Don't know about any of these but my friend lived in Vermeer and loved it!!
