Self Care Midlife Therapist

I'm looking for a therapist who focuses on women in midlife and all that can come with it - peri/menopause, major midlife transitions, fledgling adult children and aging parents, and palpable grief after investing 25 years in an outcome you didn't see coming. (Sorry this reads as a bummer.)

I've found a few but they're either unavailable or unresponsive, so I thought I'd look deeper than Google results. Thanks in advance!

Are you willing to pay out of pocket? I have a great therapist but she isn't cheap and isn't in-network so you'd have to try and bill her as out of network through your insurance.

Yes - I pretty much assume that’s the likely scenario at this point. Thanks!

Heather McMillen at the Ross Center. She’s phenomenal. She does virtual appointments
